Puerto Rico, APO addresses, and Alaska are all included in the Flat Fee. Some exclusions do apply.
Package Weight Under a Pound will stay the same and are designated rates per your zip code and weight.
We reserve the right to ship the best way we see available when choosing the Ship option. You have the opportunity to select Priority Flat Rate, FedEx, DHL, or UPS if you prefer.
Boxes Over 7lbs will be excluded from this program.
Noon MST Monday-Friday is the daily shipping cut-off.
We usually ship every day, but please allow 3-10 business days to send out your RTS order.
We will email a shipping notification with a tracking number to you upon shipment, and several are emailed during shipment.
Shipping charges cover packaging, handling, and shipping. We reserve the right to add required shipping to any order that we deem necessary at our expense.
** Orders to APO/AFO/PO BOX addresses must ship via USPS.**
Once we have handed your order over to the UPS/USPS and scanned it into their system, it is no longer under our control. Please do not email us multiple times to track it; we see as much on the tracking as you do, nothing more.
It is the customers' responsibility to contact UPS/USPS for any late or missing orders. Insurance on each package is specifically for UPS/USPS to be responsible for missing, late, damaged, or misdelivered packages. If your package is late, missing, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, you will need to file a claim with UPS/USPS. This is why we have insurance for every package. ANY ORDERS RETURN TO USE DUE TO ADDRESS ERRORS ON THE CUSTOMERS PART WILL BE CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE TO RESHIP.

International orders take 2-8 weeks for delivery. Please note, we will not adjust the value on International customs forms. We are not responsible for any customs fees, VAT fees, or any fees required by your location associated with the delivery of an International package. International buyers may have to pay additional costs to sign for/receive a package. We do not filter those charges in our shipping prices. It is solely the customer's responsibility for those extra fees.
The amount charged for shipping at checkout is an estimate. We reserve the right to invoice the buyer for the difference after the order has been packaged and weighed. If shipping payment is not received within 48 hours, the invoice will be refunded and canceled.
Please verify the shipping address. I cannot be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for it to be reshipped. I DO NOT change shipping addresses. It is left up to the customer to change the shipping address BEFORE you check out.
